The Annual General Meeting of the club will be held at the HSBC Sports & Social Club, Beckenham on Tuesday 12th November 2024 and commencing at 7.30 pm.

Team captains and club officers are all elected annually and nominations should therefore be submitted so as to reach me no later than seven days before the date of the meeting.
However, this does not preclude the acceptance of nominations at the meeting if necessary.

In order to assist our advance planning please advise me if you will be in attendance. In addition anyone who will not be attending can also notify me if they wish to provide their apologies for absence.
