The Club’s Annual Dinner will be held at the Kent County Cricket Club, Beckenham on Friday 13th September 2024 with drinks on the balcony from 6pm and the meal commencing at 7pm.

We would like to know as soon as possible the numbers of members and their guests who will be attending. Please contact Kevin Dare (details below) for a reply slip for the dinner. The price of the dinner is £40.00 per head. This year the price includes entrance to the Heads & Tails competition and a ticket for the raffle. For those of you who wish to make an online transfer please do so at the time of your reply, and ahead of the cut-off date. I can provide the banking details if you do not already have them. Please note that if any payment is made by cheque this will be presented for payment before the dinner. I can accept cash, but please also provide this in full in advance.

For those who have already paid your subs in full, or who pay subs on a monthly basis via the Pitchero scheme, you have already paid for your place so if you would like to attend I merely require your confirmation of attendance.

All attendees will also need to choose their menu ahead of the dinner. The options are:

MAIN COURSE
Tarragon infused Grilled Supreme of Chicken served with tender Sauteed Spinach and Caramelised Shallots, accompanied by Roasted New Potatoes and a Green Peppercorn Sauce garnished with Pea Shoots.

Lentil and Vegetable Wellington with a Roast Tomato and Thyme Sauce (v)

DESSERT
White and Dark Chocolate Mousse with Cream
or
Frangipane and Raspberry Tart (Vegan, dairy and gluten free)
or
Cheese & Biscuits

I would encourage all members to try and bring at least one guest to what is always a most enjoyable evening. As in previous years, ladies are welcome to join us. Dress code as usual will be lounge suits / jacket & tie (Ladies: equivalent)
