How Team Selection Works:

1️⃣ Set Your Availability on Pitchero

• Players must update their availability on Pitchero by 5 PM on the Monday before match day.
• (e.g., for games on Saturday 19th & Sunday 20th April, availability must be set by Monday 14th April at 5 PM).
• Availability is recorded for the game day, not for a specific fixture.
• If your availability changes after the deadline, you must contact your team captain directly via phone, WhatsApp, or email—updating Pitchero alone is not sufficient.

2️⃣ Selection Committee Meeting (Monday Evenings)

• The selection committee meets every Monday to confirm team line-ups.

3️⃣ Player Communication

• If you are promoted or dropped, your current or new captain will contact you directly to explain the decision and outline your role in the team.
• This will happen before the team lists are published.

4️⃣ Team Lists Published on Pitchero & Email

• You will receive a team sheet via email, which includes:

• ✅ Match location
• ✅ Start time & meet time (away game travel to be arranged individually or through your captain).

• Once teams are published, you will receive a Pitchero notification to accept or reject your selection.
• Please respond ASAP.
• If you reject your selection, you must also contact your captain directly via phone, WhatsApp, or email—updating Pitchero alone is not enough.

6️⃣ Late Changes

• Any further selection changes (e.g., due to player drop-outs) will be communicated directly by team captains.
